Tomorrow will be the first day of a new, revised version of 31 Days to Happy: Building a Habit of Happiness program. Your response to the first program was so incredible. More than 200 of you took the original challenge and emailed me letting me know how it’s changed your lives. Over the last 18 months, a lot of new techniques and methods have been added.
No matter the situation, you can always choose happiness.
What this program is: a journaling, meditation and mindfulness program designed by someone who understands how much anxiety and depression can affect reaching your goals and creating habits that will increase your happiness. Every single person can improve their mental health and achieve true happiness.
What this program is not: a substitute for therapy or medical intervention.
Some big changes are – a PRINTABLE pdf workbook with daily happiness building exercises. These will be released once per week with daily activities. This is, after all, a journaling program.
